Contact details and privacy requests are delivered to Yonaris through Cloudflare Email Service and used only to understand and respond to the request; form contents are processed through Cloudflare and sent only to verified Yonaris recipient mailboxes.

Privacy requests use the same three visible fields, are reviewed manually, and the form does not automatically delete records; retention depends on reasonable operational and record-keeping needs.

Name, work email and company are the only visible fields required for an English contact request.
How the request is delivered
Yonaris uses Cloudflare Email Service as its email delivery processor to send the form contents only to Yonaris's verified recipient mailboxes. The details are used to understand and respond to your request; browser analytics do not receive the form values. Form contents are processed through Cloudflare; see the Cloudflare Email Service documentation and Cloudflare Data Processing Addendum.
Retention and deletion
Retention depends on what is reasonably needed to respond, arrange follow-up and meet applicable record-keeping duties. A privacy or deletion request is reviewed manually; the form does not automatically delete a record. Use the same contact and company details as the earlier request so the team can identify it. No personal email address is published here.
